Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager (Level
4) in Fort Worth, TX, to lead manufacturing operations for the JSF Production Assembly area.

• Oversee manufacturing activities, manage a represented workforce, and drive operational excellence in quality, schedule, and cost.
• Lead multiple functional areas such as machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions for subordinate employees.
• Manage a build team’s performance, oversee work to meet operational commitments, and plan long‑range.
• Set shop priorities and work with cross‑functional teams to drive accountability to schedules and priorities.
• Implement new methodologies and motivate the build team.
• Communicate work‑in‑process status, issues, and plans to multiple levels, and share schedule and cost performance data with stakeholders.
• Perform look‑ahead analysis to proactively manage conflicts and minimize impacts.
• Demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership and deploy a Culture of Accountability.
