As a Manufacturing Support Team Member – Level 2 in the J850 Assembly Department, you will play a vital role in supporting J850 production and related operational processes in a collaborative, team‑based manufacturing environment. You will serve as a key contributor to production execution, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that operational goals are met with efficiency and excellence.
- Support the execution and flow of J850 production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Collaborate in cross‑functional activities, including production planning, quality management, and process optimization.
- Provide hands‑on support in coating processes, material handling, and inventory control.
- Act as a facilitator and mentor for self‑directed work teams, promoting knowledge‑sharing and team development.
- Deliver on‑the‑job training to enhance team capability and technical proficiency.
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve production‑related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Apply prior experience and best practices in manufacturing operations to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support operational excellence.

- Ability to teach and coach Assembly process requirements
