Position Summary
Forklift Operator II responsible for cross‑trained lift truck operations at the Fort Worth facility, handling staging, loading, receiving, production support, troubleshooting and safety tasks.

Major Duties and Responsibilities- Staging orders – accurately complete the order selection process and stage orders in appropriate areas for loading by loaders, using the RF system and documentation as instructed.
- Loading trucks – accurately load customer orders onto trucks for dispatch or the drop lot following proper loading procedures, safety protocol, equipment inspections, order review and RF system processes.
- Receiving – receive packaging, ingredients and finished goods, perform proper storage, rotation, quality assurance, computer entry and documentation for timely receiving of goods.
- Production support – assist finished‑goods production by moving products from the end of production lines into warehouse locations (take‑away and put‑away), including scanning and temperature checks.
- Troubleshooting – identify and resolve inventory issues, place defective materials on pending hold, adjust locations for NIL (not in location), zero balance and damaged items.
- Warehouse safety – maintain understanding of safety‑sensitive operations such as battery changing, battery watering, pallet exchanging, shrink wrapping, allergen compliance, issue reporting, vehicle inspections and damaged goods processes.
- Deck supply support – issue ingredients to manufacturing decks and return them to the warehouse, following proper tote storage procedures.
- High‑school graduate with the required experience to execute the major responsibilities above.
- At least one year of stand‑up forklift experience and the ability to pass the annual forklift certification process.
- Good math skills and proficiency with an RF computer, desktop computer and calculator.
- Effective reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Safety knowledge requisite to the duties and responsibilities above, including the ability to recognize and communicate issues.

All jobs require sufficient physical strength and dexterity to perform the required tasks and typically require intermittent sitting, standing, walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds or more may also be required.

Requirements- Typical shifts are 8‑12 hours per day; additional unscheduled time after hours and on weekends may also be required.
- Employees must be willing and able to wear personal protective equipment as required by company policy and/or legal requirements.
- Work may involve being outside or in adverse temperatures (extreme heat, cold and humidity), exposure to vibrations, chemicals, fumes and food allergens (including soy and dairy), work in confined and dark spaces, and heights over 18 feet.
