* ** What You Will Be Doing*
* As a Manufacturing Support Team Member - Level 2 in the J850 Assembly Department, you will play a vital role in supporting J850 production and related operational processes in a collaborative, team based manufacturing environment  You will serve as a key contributor to production execution, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that operational goals are met with efficiency and excellence

Support the execution and flow of J850 production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards

Collaborate in cross functional activities, including production planning, quality management, and process optimization

Provide hands on support in coating processes, material handling, and inventory control

Act as a facilitator and mentor for self directed work teams, promoting knowledge sharing and team development

Deliver on the job training to enhance team capability and technical proficiency

Identify, communicate, and help resolve production related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders

Lead or support process improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing

Apply prior experience and best practices in manufacturing operations to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support operational excellence

- Experience with SFM, QADS, Engineering

- Experience with Microsoft Office  Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Skills:

* - 5 plus years experience with Assembly operations

- Experience with STK, NFS, and SVMS

- Ability to teach and coach Assembly process requirements

- Knowledgeable in lean principles and strategies

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
