Print Operator – Fort Worth, TX

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Print Machines don't run without people like you. Take on this Print Operator role, keep the floor alive, and take home steady pay every week.

• Operate high-speed digital and/or offset color printing equipment.
• Run multiple printers simultaneously while maintaining production efficiency.
• Monitor print jobs to ensure quality, accuracy, and color consistency.
• Perform color calibration and quality checks throughout production runs.
• Follow work orders, job specifications, and production schedules.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital or color print production environment.
• Experience operating Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, or similar digital printing presses preferred.
• Strong understanding of color theory, color matching, and calibration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple print jobs and machines simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to print quality standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Resume and interview required.
