Construction Laborer

Our client, an industry leader in bulk material handling and logistics, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be an essential part of the Industrial department supporting operations that ensure the smooth and safe distribution of bulk cement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 12am-8am M-F

• Distribute bulk cement from barges into silos efficiently and safely
• Operate barge unloading units to transfer bulk cement into storage silos
• Assist trucks with unloading into silos when applicable
• Maintain and perform routine inspections on terminal equipment
• Perform manual labor tasks including digging, excavating, trenching, and back filling as needed

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Minimum of 1 year experience in construction or labor-intensive roles
• Willingness to adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, including OSHA standards

• Starting pay is $18 per hour with some flexibility depending on experience
• Opportunity for pay increase to $21 upon hiring
