Would you like to join a great team and take on the precise operation of our self-developed machines? Then join our team in Waghäusel (south of Heidelberg) – on an indefinite contract, full-time.

What you can expect:

  • Independently setting up and operating our blow molding machines according to process specifications under cleanroom conditions following GMP (ISO Class
    7)
  • Independently performing maintenance and repair work on blow molding machines according to clearly defined specifications
  • Parameter setting and operation of PLC user interfaces (Siemens and Beckhoff)
  • Continuous monitoring of the production process and independently ensuring product quality including quality checks on automatic microscope measurement systems
  • Complete and compliant documentation of all activities according to DIN EN ISO 13485
  • Independent fault diagnosis and sustainable troubleshooting of process technology
  • Technical support of development activities in medical product design
  • Contribution to the automation of existing processes, infrastructure, and IT systems

What you bring with you:

Required qualifications:

  • Completed recognized technical vocational training as an industrial or precision mechanic, mechatronic engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable technical training. Lateral entrants (m/f/d) are welcome if suitably qualified and suited!
  • Proven professional experience in the maintenance, repair, and ideally programming of PLC-controlled production systems
  • Structured, precise, and independently responsible working in a regulated production environment
  • Strong team skills and a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
  • Technical interest in process optimization and automation
  • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking – mandatory for documentation, quality assurance, and internal communication
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system (morning and evening shifts) in a 40-hour week

Preferred qualifications:

  • Practical knowledge in the Siemens and Beckhoff control systems as well as basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485)
  • Experience in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated environment and working under cleanroom conditions
