Requirements:
  • Production, manufacturing, warehouse, or heat press experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and visual instructions
  • Good hand‑eye coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Self‑motivated with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
Job Duties:
  • Apply emblems, logos, name patches, and garment identifiers using heat press equipment
  • Review work orders and garment specifications for accurate placement
  • Inspect garments before and after application to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain production goals while ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Identify and report defects or application issues
  • Sort and prepare garments for production and shipment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with additional production duties as assigned
