Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to blueprints and technical drawings;
Select proper tooling, dies, and fixtures appropriate for the specific material thickness and bending requirements;
Perform routine quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, and protractors) to ensure all finished parts meet strict specifications and tolerances;
Monitor machine operations during runs, making necessary adjustments to programs or tooling to maintain consistency and efficiency;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety standards
