Flux-Cored Arc Welding Fabricator

Do you enjoy fitting, welding, and finishing to tight specifications? Can you read blueprints and weld symbols with confidence? Regal Staffing Services is hiring in South Fort Worth for a fabricator who can take customer drawings and turn them into finished parts using FCAW.

• All phases of weld prep, flux‑core welding, and finishing
• Manufacturing to customer drawings, specifications, or other provided instructions
• Interpreting blueprints and weld symbols to guide your work
• Fabrication and grinding to achieve clean, consistent results
• Measurement with tape measure and calipers to verify accuracy

• 6+ months of recent (within the last 2 years) flux‑core welding and fit‑up experience
• Readiness to pass a 1G Flux Core weld test and interview
• Availability for overtime and rotating Saturdays as needed

• Machines & technologies you'll use:
  Flux‑Cored Arc Welder
• You should be proficient in:
  Welding Setups for Production

Pay Rate: $21.00/HR

Higher pay may be considered based on experience, weld test, and interview.

• Mon–Fri: 5:00am–1:30pm (OT to 3:30pm)
• Sat: 5:00am–1:00pm (rotating: one week on, one week off)

Must be able to work OT and Saturdays when needed.

• Mon–Thurs: 4:00pm–12:30am (OT to 2:30am)
• Fri: 2:00pm–10:30pm
• Sat: 1:00pm–9:00pm (rotating: one week on, one week off)
