Large Format Digital Print Operator2nd Shift – Monday–Thursday 1:00 pm–11:30 pm (OT as necessary). Pay starts at $18.00 plus bonus. $500 Hiring Bonus after successful training; $1,000 Retention Bonus after 1 year.

Position SummaryThe Digital Print Operator maintains and operates the large format digital printer and related equipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Safely operate large format digital printers to add logos and decoration to blank sports surfaces.
- Understand the unique qualities of the product and modify printer settings accordingly for each order.
- Follow direction and priorities from the Digital Print Lead or Department Manager.
- Load materials to ensure proper alignment.
- Read and understand layouts from the graphic art department.
- Record accurate measurements for logo placement with a team member; verify results on job documentation.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance according to daily, weekly, and annual schedules.
- Identify quality defects in the mats and prints; alert a supervisor before proceeding.
- Work within safety parameters, wearing required PPE.
- Previous large format printing experience.
- Attention to detail; self‑starter who works well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime and some weekends as required.
- Experience in an ambient temperature manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to work on feet, bend, stoop, and lift consistently during scheduled hours.
- Can manipulate and move material up to 100 lb., using a hand cart or rolling/lifting techniques.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency operating digital printers.
- Completion of required operator certification training.
- Ability to distinguish colors across a spectrum.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Strong verbal communication in English.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fluid and stressful production environment.
- Spotting quality issues accurately.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with measuring tools, including reading fractions and decimals.
- Manufacturing setting with standing, kneeling, crouching, walking, and climbing stairs; focus on color matching and quality control.
- Possible exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, smoke, ink, LED light, chemicals, forklift traffic, sharp tools, and moving mechanical parts.
- Physical tasks include standing long periods, lifting up to 100 lb., reaching, bending, and crouching; requires use of both eyes and hands.
- Compliance with all PPE requirements, including gloves and safety glasses.
