The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in FCAW, SAW, and SMAW welding processes and will be responsible for training welders and troubleshooting techniques.
The technician will conduct both practical and classroom training, ensuring effective operational practices within the welding department. A positive attitude and AWS certification are desirable for this position.
