Bilingual Process Trainer

Location:

Fort Worth, TX. Pay Rate: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (depending on experience). Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Possible flexibility required to support additional shifts during training/operational needs.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • 1+ years of manufacturing or training experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and support training across multiple shifts
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills required
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or process training preferred
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and improve job instructions and standardized work procedures
  • Train and coach production employees on manufacturing processes, safety, and quality standards
  • Create training materials including presentations, visual aids, photos, and instructional content
  • Support onboarding and skill development programs for new and existing employees
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and records
  • Partner with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify training gaps and improve performance

    Ensure training materials remain updated with current processes and best practices
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Provide hands‑on floor support and reinforce consistent operational practices across shifts
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
