• Oversee production and schedule completion within a department
• Oversee a staff of hourly team members and manage labor utilization.
• Maintain accurate records of performance, production, and downtime events.
• Continuously work to improve production efficiencies and reduce labor cost.
• Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in production records.
• Lead and supervise a team of production staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Foster a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Generate and analyze production reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to internal and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to safety protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, and/or Business is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position is preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Ability to read and/or understand written and/or verbal policy, instruction and direction in English required.
