Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Location:

Fort Worth, TX (new facility).

Responsibilities
  • Key driver of daily production related processes and hub of information transfer between hourly assembly workforce, management, engineering, quality control, purchasing, and planning.
  • Improve safety for all personnel working in and around the production line; drive efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality, and increase efficiency.
  • Handle production schedule, assign personnel to work areas, supervise progress, coordinate and document training of personnel, drive continuous improvement projects, and conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
  • Maintain working relationships with local union by following the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Support digitalization efforts to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connecting tools.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
  • Project Management experience; strong leadership and time management skills; understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development, and performance management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Manufacturing techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
Benefits

Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits. Pay range:  61,547 –  105,509 annually (actual wage may vary). Benefits details:
