Position:
Fabrication Supervisor (1st shift).

Location:

Fort Worth, TX. Flexible for weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals (KPIs).
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
• Ensuring production plans are completed on time; communicating with other manufacturing departments with transparency to work status.
• Coordinating workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Submit reports on performance and progress; identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.

The pay range for this position is 61, annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
