We are looking for a Fabrication SupervisorThe position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site. You must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed and will operate on the 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities- Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production KPIs.
- Evaluate various production stations to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Manage the flow of raw materials and other resources.
- Ensure production plans are completed on time and communicate status transparently across manufacturing departments.
- Coordinate workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Submit performance and progress reports, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a strong work ethic.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continuous and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

CompensationThe pay range for this position is 61,547 – 105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget, candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
