Operate coffee grinding machines and bag sealing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets;
Set up machines at the start of each run, including calibrating settings and preparing materials for different coffee products;
Perform changeovers when switching between products, adjusting machine parameters and components as needed;
Monitor machines during operation to ensure consistent grind quality, proper seals, and adherence to production specifications;
Inspect products for quality, including packaging integrity and appearance, and take corrective action when necessary
