Aerospace Painter – Aerospace Experienced Required Are you detail oriented and take pride in completing accurate work? Are you able to read and follow specific guidelines and criteria in finite detail? Do you enjoy being left alone to systematically work through your task list to deliver compliant product?
Essner is seeking a Painter to process aerospace products and complete accurate quality records. The ideal team member can be left alone to focus on the tasks at hand and deliver high quality work.
Daily attendance at work and adherence to work hours are crucial to be successful in this role.

Reports to:
Paint Shop Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Follow Engineering work order directions (Processing times, sequence, paperwork, and logs)
Prepare parts for primer/paint application using tables or racks
Keep work area clean and organized
Complete required documentation in-line with quality requirements
Support continuous improvement activities for the department
Maintain accurate Work Center Dispatch List Other ad hoc opportunities to support business objectives as required
Basic
Qualification:
2 years minimum work experience painting in an Aerospace environment
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Basic knowledge of HVLP spray equipment usage and maintenance
Ability to spray all types of primer/topcoat/solid film lube/corrosive preventative coating products at very low pressure (10 – 20 PSI)
Preferred Qualifications:
ERP/ MRP experience w/ Epicor
