The General Laborer will support various tasks in the Laser Cutting department, working with different tools and techniques. They must be motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, quality‑centered environment. The role is essential for meeting customer needs and supporting the company’s growth.

• Work under the direction of the department lead or supervisor to assist with daily operations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Read and understand measuring devices (e.g., tape measure).
• Operate a grinder.
• Experience with high‑power tools (e.g., impacts, wrenches).
• Preferred previous experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.

• Lift up to 100 lbs.
• Stand for prolonged periods.
• Bend, kneel, and stoop as required.
• Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals.

May be considered for training and growth into other positions within the business if performance, aptitude, and willingness are demonstrated within 90 days.
