Job Summary:

The Production Utility Support role assists the inbound production area with general shop and material support duties to ensure efficient workflow and organization. This is a hands-on support role responsible for maintaining production flow, supporting material availability, and keeping the work area organized and production-ready.

Primary job responsibilities include:

Assist with daily inbound activities including inspecting, staging, and delivering materials to appropriate production areas

Support logistics and production teams to maintain steady workflow and material availability

Track incoming materials and notify supervisor of delays, shortages, or issues affecting production

Assist with proper staging and organization of materials for scheduled production builds

Support material movement and staging tasks to help maintain production flow Maintain a clean and organized staging and material handling area Assist with resolving inbound material-related issues under direction of leadership

Key skills include:

Organizational and process skills

Effective communication skill

Physical fitness to lift and assemble products

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Ability to use hand tools

High School education or equivalent

Physical Demands:

Almost continual sitting

Occasional kneeling, bending

Considerable manual dexterity with hands

Considerable amount of lifting and moving parts

Working Conditions:

Almost continual work in a non-climate-controlled production environment, with seasonal temperature extremes hot or cold.

Considerable exposure to noise levels conducive to a manufacturing department or heavy equipment.

Occasional to frequent overtime.
