We are seeking an eager and reliable individual for our entry level Production Assembly Operator I position to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
- Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team.
- Maintain accurate production records, including completed work and any issues encountered.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Keep workstations organized and equipment well-maintained.
- High school level or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar production environments is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo new training and certifications for assigned areas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing production setting.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels, machinery, and tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
