Shearer's Foods in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production Operations Shift Coordinator - Night Shift. This role supports the Supervisor in daily plant operations, upholds safety, GMP, FDA, quality and equipment standards, and aims to meet production goals on the 6:45 pm–7:00 am 2-2-3 schedule. Three years of leadership in manufacturing is preferred.
Must be flexible for weekends and overtime. Base pay is $26.50/hr plus a $1.00/hr shift differential; overall range reflects the USD pay range noted
