has several exciting roles in our Fort Worth, TX location. We are seeking Die Cutters for our new weekend shift. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team‑player mentality, and taking pride in your work.

Responsibilities- Set up and Operate the Finishing Die Cutter
- Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses
- Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
- Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
- Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment
- Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
- Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Abide by safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Weekend Shift Friday‑Sunday, 4:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Attention to detail with value of quality
- Experience/comfortable in a manufacturing environment
- Familiar with or comfortable with operating small machinery
- Self‑motivated, able to work well independently
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately
- Good communication skills and desire to help your team succeed
