Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Basic Microsoft Office and computer knowledge required
Bilingual Process Trainer Skills + Experience Requirements- 1–3 years of manufacturing, production training, process improvement, or related experience preferred
- Experience training, coaching, or supporting production employees is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to create and maintain training materials and standardized work instructions
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexible availability to support training across multiple shifts
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, GMP, or continuous improvement practices preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout 10–12-hour shifts Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work on a manufacturing production floor Ability to provide hands-on training and production floor support Ability to wear required steel-toe shoes and follow all GMP and safety guidelines
Bilingual Process Trainer Responsibilities +Job Duties
- Develop, maintain, and improve job instructions and standardized work procedures
- Train and coach production employees on manufacturing processes, safety, and quality standards
- Create presentations, visual aids, photos, and other instructional materials
- Support onboarding and skill development programs for new and existing employees
- Maintain accurate training documentation and records
- Partner with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify training gaps
- Update training materials to reflect current processes and best practices
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide hands-on floor support and reinforce consistent operational practices across shifts
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
