Fabrication Supervisor

We are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor, flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site. Shift: 1st shift.

• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals (KPIs).
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
• Ensuring production plans are completed on time and communicating with other manufacturing departments while maintaining transparency on work status.
• Coordinating workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Submitting reports on performance and progress; identifying issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements.

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
