Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Minimum of 6 months of mail handling, postal, or related experience
• Knowledge of postal regulations preferred
• Strong math and basic computer skills
• Experience operating and troubleshooting mailing or inserter equipment
• Ability to accurately follow written instructions and job specifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Set up and operate mailing inserter equipment according to job specifications and postal regulations
• Schedule and coordinate inserting, metering, and mail‑sorting activities to meet production deadlines
• Monitor production to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on mailing equipment
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and production goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Stand, walk, reach, and perform machine operation tasks throughout the shift
