RECARO Aircraft Seating seeks an Industrial Engineer to drive lean initiatives and CI improvements across Quality, Program Management, Logistics, Planning, and Manufacturing. The role will plan layouts, conduct time studies, and balance workloads to TAKT time.
You will support Kaizen events and develop standard work instructions, tools, and routings for final assembly while mentoring team members. Ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and manufacturing
