Celestica Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive the design, development, deployment, and optimization of complex datacenter rack manufacturing processes. You will lead NPI launches, lean initiatives, and cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
You will develop production guidelines, SOPs, and KPI dashboards while collaborating with design, supplier, and customer teams to ensure manufacturability and performance of L11 rack assemblies.
