3rd Shift Equipment Operator – Fort Worth

Venture Solutions Inc., a Taylor company, is seeking 3rd Shift Equipment Operators to join our team in our Fort Worth location.

Shift: Sunday – Friday, 10:00pm - 6:00am (3rd Shift)

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret job information to determine production operation.
  • Set up and operate machines to insert statements and other related materials into envelopes for mailing (calibration, cleaning, etc.).
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
  • Make continuous quality checks throughout operations.
  • Troubleshoot simple issues that might occur during the shift.
  • Report problems or concerns with quality results to senior management immediately.
  • Place letters/packages into bins to be shipped once inserted.
  • Utilize job instructions, documentation, and quality procedures.
  • Understand and interpret 2D barcodes.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange accurate information and ideas.
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
  • Constantly operate machinery and handle print materials.
  • Frequently required to move within the facility.
  • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
  • Previous experience operating Intelligent Inserters.
  • Prior experience within the print industry/fast‑paced high‑production environment.
  • High degree of analytical skills.
