What You’ll Do Safety & Compliance- Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately
- Work in compliance with GMP and company standards
- Perform product checks in accordance with SOPs
- Measure counts, weights, and dimensions to ensure product meets specifications
- Inspect seals, packaging, and print quality for accuracy and defects
- Pack and stack product accurately according to specifications
- Monitor production lines to maintain quality and efficiency
- Calculate production rates (bags per minute)
- Verify labeling, coding, and product information accuracy
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers
- Perform roll changes and basic machine adjustments
- Identify issues, safely stop equipment if needed, and escalte concerns
- Perform minor preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements and counts
- Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of related experience preferred (or equivalent on-the-job training)
- Ability to read and understand English for SOP compliance
- Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push/pull up to 75–100 lbs (with equipment assistance)
- Frequent reaching, handling, and visual inspection tasks
