** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25/hr*
* ** Shift: 12 hour rotating shift, some variation in shift details expected during this period*

** What's a typical day as Machine Operator? You'll be:*
* + Operating rare earth processing equipment in the magnet production departments

+ Performing daily area and equipment inspections to ensure operational excellence

+ Preparing materials and setting up equipment per recipes and work instructions

+ Safely operating mobile and material handling equipment

+ Monitoring and operating molten metal processing and vacuum casting equipment

+ Controlling and adjusting equipment and process parameters to maintain consistent quality and productivity

+ Documenting, collecting, and reporting production data

+ Maintaining a clean and organized workplace at all times

+ Performing duties in compliance with all mandatory safety requirements, regulations, and policies

+ Wearing and maintaining company-issued personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Actively participating in Kaizen and other continuous improvement activities

+ Completing other tasks as assigned

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in foundry, hot metal working, ceramics, glass, or other hot or molten materials processing (must have)

+ Are detail-oriented and meticulous about housekeeping (must have)

+ Possess basic computer skills, including data entry into ERP systems and Excel (must have)

+ Can work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities (must have)

+ Are available for 12 hour rotating shifts
