Operations Manager Trainee

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn day-to-day plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support production scheduling, inventory control, and order fulfillment for architectural glass and aluminum products. Working closely with supervisors, you'll track KPIs, assist with lean and safety initiatives, help coordinate staffing, and resolve shop-floor issues.

This role offers hands-on training, exposure to quality and logistics processes, and a development path toward leading teams and optimizing workflow in a safety- and customer-focused culture.
