Set up and operate 3-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts in both low- and high-volume production runs;
Optimize setup times and maximize machine utilization to improve overall productivity;
Read and interpret blueprints and route instructions to understand part specifications, dimensions, and required tolerances;
Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure all parts conform to engineering specifications;
Troubleshoot CNC programs and make necessary adjustments to tooling, offsets, and parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
