Program Manager II

Recaro Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. seeks a Program Manager II to lead complex aircraft seating programs from concept through delivery at our Fort Worth manufacturing facility. You will coordinate engineering, supply chain, production, and quality to meet customer, cost, and schedule targets while ensuring strict aerospace and safety standards. Responsibilities include creating and managing program plans, budgets, and risks; leading customer and internal reviews;

driving issue resolution; and supporting continuous improvement in a high-tech, global environment with opportunities for growth and international collaboration.
