Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Completion Supervisor (Level
3) to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of represented mechanics and technicians in the completion of aircraft builds, systems testing, and operational check flights. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality in a dynamic aerospace environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Test Engineering Support & Leadership:

* Lead and supervise teams of represented mechanics and technicians in the completion of aircraft builds, systems testing, and operational check flights.

* Manage and adjust work assignments to meet both tactical and strategic goals.

* Ensure tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in adherence to established procedures and work plans.

* Set priorities, review work for quality and efficiency, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with Manufacturing Test Engineers (MTE) on avionics issues.

* Oversee and enforce policies and procedures affecting individual employees, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

* Administer processes and drive team performance to achieve high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

This position is for Second shift.

* Proven Leader:
You have experience leading maintenance and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

* Aircraft Maintenance Expert:
You possess in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, and testing procedures.

* Quality & Safety Focused:
You prioritize safety, compliance, and quality assurance in all operations.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience leading teams in Aircraft Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Production Operations.

* Experience with flight line maintenance and safety processes.

Desired

Skills:

* F-35 Experience

* Knowledge of Lockheed Martin manufacturing systems, including JTD/DOMMS/ALIS, QADs, PDM, VAS, and SFM.

* Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin's organizational processes and cross-functional collaboration.

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and foster team development.

* Experience with managing represented employees in a union environment.

* Proven ability to execute policies and procedures effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:
Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
