Pallet Quality Coordinator

Ryder is immediately hiring a permanent full time Pallet Quality Coordinator at our warehouse manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Manufacturing and construction positions pay weekly.

Hourly Pay: $19/hour

Schedule:

3rd Shift Friday - Sunday 4:30AM - 3:00PM and Monday 4:30PM - 3:00AM

We want the right manufacturing employee to join us at Ryder and work with state of the art equipment in the safest warehouse environment.

Palamatic Machine and Rolling Line

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in food grade facility
  • Experience with GMPs, FDA, USDA, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Important note:

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and monitor relevant finished packaging codes as it relates to specifications
  • Assist in effectively inspecting product for quality issues and remove defects/contaminants such as stones, wood, glass, plastic, etc., prior to packaging in accordance to specifications
  • Perform timely checks to meet specifications
  • Provide supervisors/managers with proper quality documentation as required
  • Maintain good manufacturing practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
  • Maintain quality to meet all standards required by FDA, USDA, etc.
  • Ensure product quality to meet customer, state and federal guidelines
  • Other duties as required or assigned
