Switchboard Assembly Focus Factory Manager

Siemens Industry is looking for a Switchboard Assembly Focus Factory Manager for our Fort Worth, Texas factory! Our growing facility will have more than one thousand employees that produce high-quality, make-to-order power distribution equipment. This position leads our Switchboard Assembly area to achieve the desired safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance. The person will have Production Supervisors with more than 500 hundred hourly reports.

You will make an impact by:

• Owning daily production performance, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Ensuring the focus factory meets output targets and customer requirements.
• Monitoring KPIs and leading corrective actions to address gaps.
• Driving schedule adherence and minimizing downtime, scrap, and rework.
• Ensuring processes produce consistent, defect-free output.
• Partnering with Quality to resolve issues, reduce customer complaints, and improve first-pass yield.
• Implementing standard work and process controls.
• Driving a culture of problem-solving using tools like root-cause analysis, and PDCA.
• Managing the value stream budget (labor, materials, overhead).
• Improving cost performance through productivity gains, waste reduction, and material efficiency.
• Translating site strategy into actionable plans for the focus factory.
