Pride Staff is partnering with a premier, established local bedding and mattress manufacturer to find dedicated individuals for a Mattress Unit Assembler position. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble inner-spring mattress units, frames, and foundational components according to established manufacturing standards.
• Operate specialized assembly tools, pneumatic staplers, and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Position and align materials precisely to ensure all finished units meet strict production specifications.
• Perform routine quality control inspections on sub-assemblies to detect and correct any material defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation in compliance with warehouse safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and production supervisors to hit daily manufacturing targets.

Qualifications & Special Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish is required (Bilingual English/Spanish speakers or Spanish-only speakers are warmly encouraged to apply).
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the duration of a shift.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort working with various hand and pneumatic tools.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and a strong team-oriented work ethic.
