Key Responsibilities Material Movement:
Safely load, unload, and transport materials manually or using equipment like pallet jacks.
Inventory Control:
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks; maintain accurate records of stock levels and movement in company systems.
Receiving & Inspection:
Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and condition, reporting any damages or discrepancies immediately.
Order Fulfillment:
Pull, pack, and label products according to company standards to prepare them for shipment or internal production use.
Workplace Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards) and conduct regular safety inspections of tools and equipment.
Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
Skills Recent minimum of 2 years forklift experience, Ability to operate pallet jacks and basic computer literacy (often including scanners or inventory management systems).Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
