Job Duties
  • The sub-assembly of components and full assembly of the finished.
  • The installation and/or connection of wiring harnesses and associated Electronic components and piping and associated plumbing components.
  • The setup and completion of various simple welding operations.
  • Testing of assembly components for oil and/or air leaks, simple electrical malfunctions, and various other simple tests. Repairs are to be made when failures are detected.
  • The use of standard machine tools including but not limited to drill press, band saw, lathe, press brakes, laser, pipe bender, spot welder, etc., and a variety of hand, electric, and pneumatic tools.
  • Paint applications will include but are not limited to dry sanding, masking, unmasking, finish paint, stenciling, sealing, and touch-up.
  • Transporting materials utilizing radio-controlled cranes, forklifts, and tuggers.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
Experience Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience using electrical and/or pneumatic hand tools.
  • Able to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing instructions sufficiently to complete the assigned assembly tasks.
  • Willingness to work overtime (including weekends).
Physical Capabilities
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working from heights of 20 feet.
  • Ability to remain active throughout each shift and lift 40 pounds.

As an Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

A Assembler supports production by assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured components into completed products. This role combines technical ability with craftsmanship, organization, and attention to detail.
