Kitting Operator - 1st Shift (9:00am to 5:00pm)

Overview

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Kitting Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling small parts of various materials such as plastic, metal, or rubber, to produce small subassemblies
for various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Positions parts in specified relationship to each other.
  • Bolts, screws, clips, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together.
  • Loads and unloads previously setup machines such as arbor presses to perform fastening or force fitting operation.
  • Complete assembly and/or packaging assignments as trained using documented processes.
  • Maintains understanding of product quality requirements over all product categories and notifies the appropriate person if there are any product integrity concerns.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.

Must Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent math skills: multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction of large numbers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  • Have a high level of detail and accuracy
