Welder
Join our fabrication shop specializing in custom conveyors, cranes, and material handling products. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints to perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling tasks, with a focus on welding.
045 Flux Core.
- Read and interpret blueprints for various welding and fabrication tasks.
- Perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling tasks.
- Weld using .045 Flux Core techniques.
- Conduct Mig Welding, torch cutting, and structural welding.
- Inspect welds and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Proficiency in Mig Welding, torch cutting, and blueprint reading.
- Experience in structural welding and fabrication.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Flux Core Welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-6 years of welding experience is preferred, but less experience will be considered.
- Certification in welding is advantageous, or the ability to pass a 3G and 4G weld test.

Work EnvironmentWork in a modern manufacturing shop that is just a few years old, with a small team of approximately 5-10 people. The position is on the 1st shift, from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
