Production Control Planner (JN - Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: USD
55000 - USD
60000 per year + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Production Control Planner for our client in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% onsite.
Position SummaryTo ensure the preparation of the production plan and its execution to ensure efficient capacity utilization and the on-time delivery of customer orders. Manage orders, shipping documents, and shipment performance reports.
Key Responsibilities- Production scheduling arrangement and shipping plan preparation, taking into FA/SMT capacity and the readiness of material shortages and arrivals.
- Review and monitoring of the raw material readiness (MO Shortage, MPS simulation) and daily follow up with buyer team.
- IOS (Input, output, shipment) control and monitoring.
- Work order and rework order generation and monitoring.
- Interface and collaboration with customers for order fulfillment.
- Communicate with the production department and warehouse to solve issues impacting the production schedule.
- Issue Sales Order/ Delivery Note and prepare shipping documents.
- Prepare individual portion of shipment Hit Rate result to be presented in managers’ meeting.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in production planning, production control, master scheduling, materials control, shipment fulfillment.
- Knowledge and management of Microsoft Office (Excel is must), ERP systems SAP preferred.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CIPS, or Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage production flow and resolve issues.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or related tools).
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with international suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to thrive under pressure by maintaining composure and delivering results in high-stress or fast-paced situations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in self-directed learning, quickly acquiring new knowledge and skills to adapt to evolving challenges.
