Ridley Block Operations, an Alltech company, manufactures and markets block supplements, loose minerals, and dried molasses. Products are sold under highly recognized and proprietary brand names, including CRYSTALYX®, SWEETLIX®, ULTRALYX® and STOCKADE® Brands, in addition to a number of controlled and private labels. We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in a Production Associate (2nd shift) role at our plant in Fort Worth, TX.

The primary duties for this position are to operate equipment within established guidelines for efficiency, safety, product quality, food safety, and customer service. Positions are crossed trained into other areas of the manufacturing and warehousing process.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Committed to work in a safe environment and follow OSHA standards
• Be able to read and follow procedures
• Complete required paperwork and data entry
• Good computer and math skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Forklift experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Work in natural climate conditions
• Climb ladders and be physically active throughout the shift
