The Production Assembly Operator I is responsible for assembling and soldering products with precision and efficiency, ensuring all components are properly fitted, securely soldered, and meet established quality standards. This role supports the smooth operation of the production line and contributes to the overall success of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products according to detailed specifications and instructions, ensuring all components are correctly aligned and secured.
  • Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools, performing routine checks to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines, ensuring a steady workflow on the assembly line.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues that may arise during the assembly process.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications Requirements:

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience with soldering
  • Familiarity with assembly processes and procedures is advantageous.
  • Experience in operating basic hand tools and machinery is beneficial.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
