Structural FCAW Welder/Fabricator Alliance / Northeast Fort Worth, TXPay: $19–$25 per hour, based on experience

Picture your day on the floor: you review prints and welding symbols, stage parts, dial in your Flux-Cored Arc Welding settings, and lay down consistent, code-quality welds on structural steel assemblies. You check your work, hit production goals, and keep safety at the center of every move. That’s the impact you’ll make supporting Regal Staffing Services’ clients across the Alliance and Northeast Fort Worth corridor.

What you’ll do Execute Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) on structural steel and other metal components

Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings to plan work

Fit, align, clamp, and weld parts to specification

Verify weld quality, bead appearance, and penetration; correct as needed

Operate grinders, cutting torches, and measuring tools to prep and finish work

Meet established throughput and quality benchmarks

Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and follow 5S/safety practices

Comply with all company policies and safety procedures

What you bring

Hands-on Flux Core welding experience (required)
MIG welding and general metal fabrication experience (preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

Comfort with hand tools, power tools, grinders, and cutting torches

Ability to pass a welding test

Must have reliable transportation

Compliance & eligibility

Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass required background and drug screenings
