BLUvera, a Mortenson affiliate, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I or II to lead process improvements in plant operations and to develop and implement manufacturing processes. The role includes hands-on maintenance and engineering support to ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met.
The ideal candidate has hands-on and design experience in equipment maintenance, process and product design, with strong problem-solving and Lean manufacturing experience.
