Recaro Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. seeks an HOV Seat Build Supervisor to lead assembly of premium aircraft seating at our Fort Worth, TX facility. In this role, you will oversee daily seat build operations, ensuring rigorous safety, quality, and delivery standards in a high-tech aerospace environment. You will schedule and guide technicians, resolve build issues with engineering and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement using lean methods.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HOV seat build operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met
- Coordinate work schedules, staffing, and task assignments for seat build technicians and assembly teams
- Monitor build documentation, work orders, and engineering change instructions to ensure correct configuration and traceability
- Inspect in-process and finished seat assemblies to verify compliance with aerospace, customer, and internal quality standards
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members in assembly techniques, lean manufacturing, and standard work procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and materials teams to resolve build issues, nonconformances, and part shortages
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on takt time, 5
- S, defect reduction, and process standardization
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPI) for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity to operations leadership
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment in the HOV seat build area
- Support audits, customer visits, and regulatory/compliance requirements related to aircraft seating production
Required Skills
