Sanitation Production

Cargill seeks a Sanitation Production team member to support our Food & Beverage Operations within Sanitation Management. In this role, you will clean and sanitize production lines, equipment, and facility areas to meet strict food safety and quality standards. You will follow HACCP, GMP, and safety procedures, mix and apply cleaning chemicals, document sanitation activities, and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, and facility areas per established schedules
• Follow HACCP, GMP, and company sanitation standards to protect food safety and quality
• Safely handle, mix, and apply cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning as directed
• Complete sanitation logs and documentation accurately and on time
• Inspect areas after cleaning to ensure compliance with standards; report issues promptly
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to coordinate cleaning with line changeovers
• Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety, LOTO, and hazard communication procedures
• Support continuous improvement of sanitation processes and waste reduction
